The New South Wales premier Chris Minns has acknowledged there's a risk the families of the Bondi terror victims could be retraumatised by the process of claiming compensation. It's one month today since the attack and the premier admits the scheme may need improvement after complaints about the difficulty of navigating the bureaucracy.
