Chris Eubank Jr will make 'full recovery' from medical issue

Chris Eubank Jr's promoter Ben Shalom has confirmed that the boxer is expected to make a "full recovery" from the undisclosed medical issue that impacted him in the build-up to his rematch defeat against Conor Benn in November.
