कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट में ED बनाम TMC के I-PAC मामले पर अहम सुनवाई हुई।कोर्ट ने TMC की डेटा सुरक्षा से जुड़ी याचिका को निपटा दिया।ED ने साफ कहा कि 8 जनवरी की रेड में कोई भी दस्तावेज़ या डेटा ज़ब्त नहीं किया गया।पंचनामा रिकॉर्ड्स के ज़रिए यह भी बताया गया कि किसी जगह से कोई seizure नहीं हुआ।ED का दावा है कि सभी रिकॉर्ड पहले ही ममता बनर्जी अपने साथ ले गई थीं।TMC ने ED की कार्रवाई को राजनीतिक दबाव और “bullying” बताया।हाईकोर्ट ने माना कि मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट में लंबित है।अब इस पूरे विवाद पर अंतिम फैसला सुप्रीम कोर्ट करेगा।
