In the ultra-modern city of Cyberaya, Ali Ghazali is a student who feels completely out of place. He isn't the best at sports or school, and he often feels like he’s living in the shadow of the city's technological brilliance.
Everything changes when Ali is caught in the crossfire of a secret war. Two operatives from a mysterious organization, Dos and Trez, have successfully stolen a highly advanced prototype device from the secret spy agency M.A.T.A. While trying to escape the chaos, Ali accidentally comes into possession of the device—a pair of high-tech glasses known as I.R.I.S. In a moment of panic, Ali puts them on, causing the system to lock onto his biometric data. Now permanently "synced" with a weapon he doesn't understand, Ali is thrust into a world of espionage, gadgets, and danger.
