SMALL YELLOW CAR HOLDS UP TRAFFIC

This video shows a small yellow car holding up traffic after the driver struggled to maintain a steady speed.
Recruiter Tony Moore captured the bizarre moment in Rotorua, New Zealand, while trailing the vehicle.
He said: “This guy was holding up traffic for a few kilometres. He had what looked like speed wobbles."
A lot of people have noticed the driver around and aren't too pleased with his unusual vehicle.
One local commented: "No reg? No mirrors...how is this allowed on the road."
Another added: What's the point in the bike lane if he is not even attempting to use it!"
