The NHS waiting list for hospital treatment has fallen to its lowest level since early 2023, figures show.Health Secretary Wes Streeting is "really pleased" with the statistics, saying it gives him the "confidence" to hit the Government's deadline of cutting down NHS waiting times to 18 weeks.
