Shawnel Thomas of Signal Hill, Tobago, appeared before a Scarborough Magistrates' Court on Monday, charged with the murder of Jamaille Fraser.
The incident occurred on January 9th in Signal Hill Tobago, and Fraser has been listed as Tobago's first murder victim for 2026.
