MMDA Chairman Atty. Don Artes, alongside Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno, Vice Mayor Chi Atienza, and Department of Budget and Management Undersecretary Goddes Hope Libiran, led the groundbreaking ceremony for the Senior Citizens’ Park and Pet Park, also known as Plaza Azul, in Pandacan, Manila on Tuesday, January 20.
The project aims to convert a long-idle lot into a vibrant public space designed for senior citizens, families, and pet owners.
