Has the Government provided new details about why the State of Emergency was declared from July of last year?
Well, it seems that was what happened when then Attorney General piloted the bill for the Zones of Special Operations in the Senate.
And with the bill requiring a three-fifths majority, one Independent Senator had said he would support but with one caveat.
