The beaches around Melbourne’s Port Phillip Bay are packed with thousands of swimmers on the hot days of summer. But they are also where everything that goes into Victoria’s waterways ends up. The state's environmental watchdog is urging beachgoers to be aware of the bay's health and to make sure the only thing that ends up in our rivers and creeks is rain.
