Peskov emphasized that President Vladimir Putin highly appreciates the peacekeeping efforts of Trump and his team, including U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff. While legal details of the transfer are yet to be finalized and require U.S. cooperation, Russia insists on defending its rights to seized assets.
