Lawyer for disgraced UM coach Sherrone Moore wants charges dismissed

Former University of Michigan head football coach Sherrone Moore was back in court just briefly on Thursday, as his lawyer asked that the case against him be dismissed. Attorney Ellen Michaels told reporters her client is innocent.
