According to Indian news outlet NDTV, the incident occurred during a crowded fair in the Jhabua district of Madhya Pradesh, India. Around 4 p.m. local time on Monday, Jan. 19, the attraction suddenly collapsed while in motion, sending the ride vehicle and its passengers to the ground.
