More Than a Dozen Dead As Ferry Sinks in Southern Philippines

A ferry carrying more than 350 people has sunk in the southern Philippines, leaving more than a dozen dead with 28 people missing. The vessel was sailing to an island after midnight on Monday when it sank and authorities are investigating.
