Katy Schuyler from Toronto, Canada filmed herself opening a custom gift meant for a celebration of life.
At first she noticed the formatting was completely wrong, but then quickly realised something even worse.
The photo on the item was not her mom at all, but a random man, turning a heartfelt moment into pure accidental comedy.
