Young Victorians forced to flee family violence say a change of approach is needed to help teenagers escape dangerous situations. They say a pilot program in Melbourne called "Amplify" could be the answer and urgently needs to be made available in regional areas. But its days could be numbered if ongoing funding isn't secured.
