Chhattisgarh Naxal Encounter: छत्तीसगढ़ के बीजापुर जिले के जंगलों में सुरक्षाबलों और नक्सलियों के बीच मुठभेड़ हुई है।इस एनकाउंटर में दो हथियारबंद माओवादी मारे गए हैं, जिसकी आधिकारिक पुष्टि की गई है।मुठभेड़ गुरुवार सुबह करीब 7 बजे उस वक्त शुरू हुई, जब DRG की टीम एंटी-नक्सल ऑपरेशन पर निकली थी।मौके से AK-47, 9 एमएम पिस्टल, हथियार और विस्फोटक बरामद किए गए हैं।इलाका बीजापुर–सुकमा बॉर्डर के पास बताया जा रहा है, जो नक्सल प्रभावित क्षेत्र है।सुरक्षाबल फिलहाल इलाके में सर्च ऑपरेशन चला रहे हैं।बीजापुर एसपी ने मुठभेड़ की पुष्टि करते हुए कहा कि ऑपरेशन अभी जारी है।यह कार्रवाई नक्सल विरोधी अभियान में सुरक्षाबलों की बड़ी सफलता मानी जा रही है।
An encounter took place between security forces and Naxalites in the forests of Bijapur, Chhattisgarh.Two armed Maoists have been killed, as officially confirmed by the police.The gunfight began around 7 am when a District Reserve Guard (DRG) team was on an anti-Naxal operation.Weapons including an AK-47 rifle, a 9mm pistol, and explosives were recovered from the site.The encounter occurred near the Bijapur–Sukma border, a known Naxal-affected zone.Security forces have launched a search operation in the surrounding areasBijapur SP confirmed that the operation is still underway.The encounter is being seen as a major success for the armed forces.
