US President Donald Trump on Jan 29 said he was planning to talk to Iran amid rising tensions, as US officials say the Trump adinistration is reviewing options and has yet to decide on whether to strike Iran.
European Union foreign ministers also agreed to include the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on the bloc's list of terrorist organisations following killings due to protests in Iran.
