Finance Minister Sitharaman stated that Prime Minister Modi's focus is on empowering the backward and underprivileged sections of society. While presenting this budget at Kartavya Bhavan, she outlined three key objectives:
1. To boost and sustain economic growth.
2. To fulfill people's aspirations and make them partners in the country's development.
3. To provide opportunities to all, based on the principle of "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas" (Together with all, development for all).
