दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने विदेश मंत्रालय को अभिनेत्री Celina Jaitly के भाई Vikrant Jaitly को UAE में कानूनी सहायता उपलब्ध कराने का आदेश दिया है। कोर्ट ने दुबई की एक फर्म को प्रो बोनो आधार पर पैरवी के लिए अधिकृत करने को कहा, भले ही उनकी पत्नी की सहमति न हो। जस्टिस पुरुषइंद्र कुमार कौरव ने कहा कि किसी को भी बिना कानूनी प्रतिनिधित्व के नहीं छोड़ा जाना चाहिए। कोर्ट ने विदेश मंत्रालय से जरूरत पड़ने पर हलफनामा दाखिल करने को कहा है। मामले की अगली सुनवाई 10 फरवरी को होगी।
