After nearly two decades in jail, and months on tight bail restrictions, underworld figure Tony Mokbel has walked from court a free man today. The office of public prosecutions has announced it won't go ahead with a retrial on a drug trafficking case which was overturned on appeal in light of the Lawyer X scandal.
