At the MCA Chinese New Year luncheon with party veterans and leaders of Chinese guilds and associations on Saturday (Feb 7), MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong said the party will hold an open house on Feb 17, the first day of the Lunar New Year which will be attended by the Prime Minister and his wife.
