You might think I just poured an egg on toast for a clickbait thumbnail... well, you're half right! 😄 But the truth is, this recipe turned out to be the BEST breakfast discovery I've made this month. It’s crispy, cheesy, high in protein, and barely takes any effort.

This isn't just eggs on toast. It's a perfectly balanced meal made in the Air Fryer with a secret protein ingredient that keeps you full until lunch.

🛒 Ingredients (Makes 4 servings):
Bread: 4 slices of toast bread (Whole wheat recommended)
Bell Pepper: 1 medium (we need 4 rings + diced leftovers)
Eggs: 4 large (separate yolks and whites)
Cheese: 3 oz (80g) – Gouda or Mozzarella works best
Canned Tuna: 1 small can (drain the oil/liquid)
Olives: ~10 pitted black olives
Green Onions / Leek: Small bunch
Spices: Salt, Provence Herbs (Thyme, Basil, Rosemary)
Sauce: A bit of Ketchup
Garnish: Fresh Parsley

⏱ Cooking Time & Temperature:
First Bake: 320°F (160°C) for 10 minutes.
Add Yolks: Bake again at 320°F (160°C) for 5-10 minutes (depending on how runny you like your yolks).
