Liberal MP Angus Taylor is expected to resign from the frontbench as soon as today, paving the way to mount a leadership challenge against Ms Ley. Shadow Defence Industry Minister Melissa Price is a moderate and has a been a strong supporter of Sussan Ley's leadership.
