Former Senate president Franklin Drilon asks the Office of the Ombudsman to look into alleged irregularities in Iloilo City’s flood control projects, citing complaints that the works have worsened flooding in some areas. He questioned the quality and cost of the infrastructure, saying a thorough review is needed to determine whether public funds were properly spent.
