India strengthens its defence infrastructure with a 4.2 km Emergency Landing Facility (ELF) on the Dibrugarh–Moran stretch of National Highway in Assam.
This strategic highway can transform into a runway for Indian Air Force fighter jets like Rafale, Sukhoi-30 MKI, Tejas and transport aircraft such as C-130J during emergencies.
Hon’ble PM Narendra Modi will activate the facility on February 14.
