Blake Lively, Justin Baldoni exit court following settlement conference
Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni left Manhattan federal court on Feb. 11 after a court-ordered settlement conference in Lively’s lawsuit accusing Baldoni of harassment and retaliation during the making of the 2024 film ‘It Ends With Us’. Lively, 38, alleges Baldoni, 42 — who directed and co-starred — and Wayfarer Studios coordinated a scheme to silence her and others over an alleged hostile set. Court documents released last month include her claim that Baldoni pressured her to simulate nudity during a birth scene. Messages between Lively and Taylor Swift were also made public, including a Dec. 5, 2024, text comparing Lively and Baldoni’s relationship to “a horror film no one knows is taking place.” Lively is seeking unspecified damages for harassment, invasion of privacy and civil rights violations. Trial is set for May 18. Baldoni filed a $400 million countersuit against Lively and Ryan Reynolds, which was dismissed, along with his $250 million defamation case against The New York Times. The dispute began in December 2024. It Ends With Us grossed over $351 million worldwide.
