Sambhal Bulldozer Action: संभल में अवैध मदरसे पर गरजा Yogi का बुलडोजर | Illegal Madarsa | UP|
उत्तर प्रदेश के संभल में सरकारी जमीन पर अवैध तरीके से बनाए गए मदरसा पर प्रशासन ने बुलडोज़र की कार्रवाई की है. ये मदरसा नरौली इलाके में खाद के गड्ढे और रास्ते की जमीन पर कब्जा करके बनाया गया था. ये कार्रवाई संभल कोर्ट द्वारा जारी आदेश के बाद की गई हैं. इस दौरान मौके पर भारी संख्या पुलिस फोर्स भी तैनात रही. बताया जा रहा है कि संभल के नरौली इलाके में ग्राम समाज की जमीन पर मदरसा बनाया गया था. जिसके लिए यहां कुछ रास्ते की ज़मीन और खाद की ज़मीन पर अतिक्रमण किया गया था. मदरसे के लिए क़रीब 285 एयर जमीन कब्जाई गई थी. राजस्व विभाग की जांच में पाया गया कि ये जमीन ग्राम सभा की ता और सार्वजनिक उपयोग की थी.
The administration has bulldozed a Madrasa built illegally on government land in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. This Madrasa was built by encroaching on compost pits and road land in the Narauli area. This action was taken following an order issued by the Sambhal court. During this, a large number of police force was also deployed on the spot. It is being told that the Madrasa was built on the land of the village community in the Narauli area of Sambhal. For this, some road land and compost land were encroached. About 285 acres of land was encroached for the Madrasa. An investigation by the Revenue Department found that this land belonged to the Gram Sabha and was for public use.
