In this video, I'll show how to create ZIP files on Windows, on both laptop and on PC. Making ZIP files is an important skill in order to lower folder size and help organize your folders. In the video, you'll learn how to create ZIP files, how to access them, how to add more files and how to delete files from the compressed folder.
PART 1 - CREATE AN ORGANIZED FOLDER
For all the files you want to zip.
1. Right-click anywhere
2. Move the mouse to "New"
3. Choose "Folder"
4. Move all the files you want to zip into the new organized folder
PART 2 - CREATE A COMPRESSED ZIP FOLDER
In some computers, the options may appear to you in one form, and in other computers the options may appear in other form. For this reason, I included in the video both ways. Watch the video to know how to compress files depending on which options appear to you in your PC.
5. Select all the files
6. Right-click on any of them
7. Click "Show More Options" (like I show in the video)
8. Click on "Send to"
9. Select "Compressed Folder"
OR

6. Right-click on any of them
7. Click on "Compress To"
8. Select "ZIP File"
After, you can open the folder by right-clicking it, and add more files to the compressed folder. You can also delete files if you want.
