The Department of Justice (DOJ) is assessing its next move following the release of documents by the International Criminal Court (ICC), in which alleged co-perpetrators of former President Rodrigo Duterte in the drug war were named.
The DOJ says it is waiting for the decision of the Supreme Court on the earlier arrest of Duterte.
