A 56-year-old Rousillac father of three, was fatally shot while selling roses on Valentine’s Day.
According to police reports, Vijay Nanan and his Venezuelan employee were both shot, when two bandits, one armed with a gun, entered their tents located opposite Gulf City Mall, La Romaine.
