The weather in Andhra Pradesh is set to change abruptly due to the influence of a low pressure area formed in the Bay of Bengal. The Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned that heavy rains are likely to occur in several districts of the state from February 21 (Yellundi). The impact will be particularly severe in the south coastal and Rayalaseema districts.
