Checkout this incredible moment a woman lifts more than 71 kilograms by her hair while training for a Guinness World Records attempt.
Diana Elizabeth Batres Hermosillo, from San Luis Potosí, Mexico, was filmed during her training session as a metal chain was attached to a hook secured in her braided hair.
She steadied her stance and slowly stood up, suspending the stacked weight plates for around 15 seconds without assistance.
The footage shows her maintaining balance while holding the load.
