Update: Birmingham, Alabama: I recently discovered a medical doctor who I was a patient of in 2019 (Dr. Christopher Blake Thomas MD of AFC Urgent Care - American Family Care), who I believe gave me a false name in a recorded telephone call (while posing as another individual, a clinic office manager who went by the name "sadler"), has now obtained employment at a separate medical practice (Complete Health (formerly Northside Medical Associates), Trussville, AL.) I was a patient of in 2019, who would not help me get a misdiagnosed MRI corrected (broken skull head trauma) and edited my medical records.

- Dr. named as a supervisor at AFC Urgent Care American Family Care roebuck parkway, Birmingham to nurse Kimberly Kelly in 2019 visit.
- xray outsourced to Experity MD Ana Maria Echinique.
- I Was told no injury appeared - BUT a 3 inch diameter translucent anomaly is visable in xray images.
- The same wound area in other scans shows I had broken bone in my skull in this area. $175 visit.
I was given 2 dead end referrals to Perry L. Savage Sr. (50 years experience) Ortho Alabama Spine & Sports and Neurologist Kyle Hudgens of Grand View. both looked at my images showing evidence of head trauma and broken skull and they told me no injuries present. $300x2 for visit.
- I tried to contact AFC and Experity to get errors corrected they gave me a run a round for weeks playing phone tag games, they finally said they would not correct their errors.
- I tried to contact Dr. Blake Thomas directly he was working at the Mountain Brook Hwy. 280 Cahaba Village AFC location, I was connected to an office manager named Sadler, I asked for his first and last name in recorded call, he outright refused to give to me. I later confirmed Sadler was actually The Doctor I was trying to contact: Blake Thomas posing as another individual.
- Forwarded above concerns and others to Alabama Board Of Medical Examiners, they took no action to help me and continue to renew these "professional's" licenses.
- Called AFC CEO Bruce Irwin & Randy Johansen, my calls were never returned.
Complete Health / Formerly Northside Medical Associates:
- Nurse visit to James Frankie Crumb in 2019.
- Referred to Ascension / St. Vincents MRI in same building at Happy Hollow Road Trussville, AL. location.
- Nurse Crumb stuck an instrument in my ear saw infection, recorded in records.
- My Mri was misdiagnosed by Dr. Michael Brant Ruff MD of Vulcan Imaging Associates, noted no injury.
- 6 inches diameter infection visible in head mri in same pictures this MD went to college close to 10 years to see.
- Above reported to the referring nurse, he told me he would contact Ascension to try and get it corrected.
