Wind-driven snow creates near whiteout conditions in New Jersey

Aaron Jayjack, an extreme storm chaser, reported powerful winds and wind-driven snow in Hazlet, New Jersey, on Feb. 22, as a major blizzard moved along the East Coast, reducing visibility and bringing significant snowfall.
