The incident of a YSRCP leader cheating innocent people in the name of "rice pulling" in Kadiri constituency of Sri Sathya Sai district has come to light. The police have arrested Chinthakunta Krishna Reddy (alias DK Babu / Dicky Babu), the YSRCP convener and sub-sarpanch of Talupula Mandal.
