The “Single Window Single Offer system” will be implemented for Form Six and matriculation applications, once the two pre-university pathways are transferred to the Higher Education Ministry.
Minister Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir said they are already the single window system but there is no single offer system, and this is why students end up with multiple offers namely for matriculation and universities.
