नई दिल्ली स्थित राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने दिल्ली के कथित आबकारी नीति मामले में बड़ा फैसला सुनाते हुए पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया को बरी कर दिया। इस मामले में अरविंद केजरीवाल समेत कुल 23 लोगों को आरोपी बनाया गया था। अदालत के फैसले के बाद आम आदमी पार्टी को बड़ी राहत मिली है। आम आदमी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक केजरीवाल कोर्ट से बाहर आते समय भावुक हो गए। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले कुछ वर्षों से भारतीय जनता पार्टी द्वारा लगाए गए सभी आरोप अदालत ने खारिज कर दिए हैं। उन्होंने न्यायपालिका पर भरोसा जताते हुए इसे “सत्य की जीत” बताया। केजरीवाल ने दावा किया कि पार्टी को खत्म करने के लिए उसके नेताओं को झूठे मामलों में जेल भेजा गया। इस फैसले के बाद दिल्ली की राजनीति में नई हलचल तेज हो गई है।
The Rouse Avenue Court in New Delhi delivered a major verdict in the alleged Delhi excise policy case, acquitting former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia.
