Warm and humid weather will continue to prevail across most of the country in the coming days, but the northeast monsoon, locally known as the “amihan,” is expected to return by midweek, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Monday, March 2.
