The Northern Territory government will trial a 2.3 million dollar employment program for people exiting Northern Territory's jails assisted by a South Australian non-for-profit organisation The Territory has Australia's highest rate of reoffending, with today's announcement part of the wider effort within NT corrections to address a massive increase in the prison population.
