Father sues Google as he claims AI tool Gemini contributed to his late son's delusional spiral

Joel Gavalas is taking legal action against Google as he alleges that the firm's AI tool Gemini fuelled the delusional spiral that culminated in his son Jonathan taking his own life last year.
