Britney Spears has been released from jail after being arrested reportedly for driving under the influence. Jail records viewed by The Hollywood Reporter indicate Spears, 44, was arrested on Wednesday night at 9:28 p.m. local time by the California Highway Patrol in Southern California, and was booked into a local jail at 3:02 a.m.
