असम के करबी आंगलोंग में भारतीय वायुसेना का Sukhoi Su-30MKI Fighter Jet ट्रेनिंग मिशन के दौरान क्रैश हो गया।इस हादसे में दो IAF पायलट शहीद हो गए, जिनमें Flight Lieutenant Purvesh Duragkar भी शामिल थे।Duragkar पिछले साल शुरू किए गए Operation Sindoor का हिस्सा रह चुके थे।यह ऑपरेशन जम्मू-कश्मीर के पहलगाम में हुए आतंकी हमले के बाद शुरू किया गया था।बताया गया कि यह फाइटर जेट असम के Jorhat Airbase से नियमित प्रशिक्षण उड़ान पर निकला था।उड़ान भरने के कुछ ही समय बाद विमान का संपर्क टूट गया और बाद में उसके क्रैश होने की पुष्टि हुई।पायलट के पिता ने बताया कि उन्हें बेटे के Operation Sindoor में शामिल होने की जानकारी बाद में मिली थी।IAF ने हादसे के कारणों का पता लगाने के लिए जांच शुरू कर दी है।देश इस दुखद घटना में शहीद हुए बहादुर पायलटों को श्रद्धांजलि दे रहा है।
