The Australian Border Force has intercepted the equivalent of thousands of bottles of melatonin in four months, as part of a crack down on unregulated imports of the sleep hormone. The Therapeutic Goods Administration has been warning patients to stop using unregistered imported melatonin products after testing in its laboratories indicated significant discrepancies between what's on the label and the actual melatonin amount.
