An internal investigation has revealed negligence in the runaway train incident that occurred on the Tenom-Pangi railway line on March 3.
The Sabah State Railway Department Board of Enquiry, which convened on March 9, found the train driver failed to conduct a proper inspection before beginning the journey from Tenom.
