On August 5, 2009, Prime Minister Hun Sen delivered a message to his many critics: "Be careful with the language of 'dictatorial regime.' Be careful, (or) one day ...", "This is a constitutional monarchy. Don't curse it as a dictatorial regime - be careful!"
