All of us in network marketing want to build great teams of reps. and sponsor people that will be awesome for our business...but it takes a leader to build a great organization. Leadership doesn't develop in a day...we don't become a leader because we decide we are one. It takes certain qualities and skill sets...and these mostly are learned. Network Marketing Success is possible for everyone but you will need to become a leader to achieve it to any really significant extent.
