As a naturally thin person, you eat exactly as much food as you need to satisfy your hunger, and not a bite more. Because you are paying close attention to the process of eating, you notice how your hunger diminishes a little with each mouthful. You notice when your body has stopped sending hunger signals, and you aware that this moment occurs before it starts sending fullness signals. You are aware that you are satisfied well before your belt starts feeling tight, well before you feel heavy, dull or sleepy from having overeaten. Learn more @ www.thintuition.com
