I hope you are noticing them - not just writing them off. They’re not something that’s been, so there’s nothing in our past, in our history that will tell us about this. Let’s stay tuned to the present, then - and really observe. As a for instance, just a little, a typical thing, here of late I’ve been feeling a great heat, centered and focused in my second chakra - the seat of the soul, as it’s called. Now, I don’t do chakra work, or yoga, or anything that would stimulate that. It just is. So, off and on for the last 5 or 6 days or so I’ve noticed the heat coming from there. It’s very notable. It’s also obvious that it’s nothing physical - that it’s on the chakra or chi level that it’s happening. It’s an on and off thing - not something constant over that time. Now, that’s just typical of what I am meaning. Sometimes it’s manifested as strange shooting type pains in the head. Not what one could call a regular headache - just strange moving pains. Other times I get the sense like a certain part of me is plugged into some kind of socket - there’s a humming, a buzzing of energy flowing that’s odd. What do I do about these? Nothing, really. What can you do? I’d rather not bother with them, for I feel they’ve their own type of intelligence - there’s higher intelligence at work here. So I just trust and let go. I observe - that’s the only thing I “do” about any of it - oh, and journal a bit of it here. Actually, I posted one particular journal where I went into great detail about what was happening, what it felt like.
