Fans of Mark Ronson's collaboration with Amy Winehouse will be pleased to hear the duo have finally been back in the studio.
"We did a song together a month ago. It's a Quincy Jones tribute so all different people doing tracks he wrote. Me and Amy are obviously in debt and in awe of Quincy so we did a song together," Ronson said.
Their cover of The Zutons track Valerie was one of the biggest tracks from Ronson's 2007 album Version, now the pair have recorded a song for the upcoming Quincy Jones tribute record.
The music producer hinted it might not be the last time they work together, he said: "Hopefully we'll work together on the new record."
It is thought the Quincy Jones album Q: Soul Bossa Nostra will also feature acts like Akon, Usher and LL Cool J.
